• Prices for new CCFL backlights for LCD screens vary from $20 to $30 (includes shipping). We will be happy to get back to you with the cost of the replacement CCFL backlight if you contact us with your laptop make and model number.

Laptop Power Jack Replacement (in-shop) - $50 (does not include cost of the jack), click here for Laptop Power Jack Replacement details

• Prices for power jacks vary from about $5 to $20. Because the damaged power jack may have damaged your motherboard, we cannot determine the type of replacement jack you will need, and therefore the cost of the replacement jack, until your laptop is disassembled.

• Disk upgrade $30, includes cloning (copying) the new disk from the old, installing, testing, and defragmenting the new disk

• Do not send your system in for warranty repair until you first backup your personal data. During the repair process the vendor will usually erase and reload your disk, and all of your personal data will be lost!

Pickup and delivery:

• A single one-time charge includes both system pickup, and delivery when work is completed.

Hourly Rates:

Shop Rate: $50.00/hour (1/2 hour minimum, thereafter billed in 15 minute increments)

Residential On-Site rate: $60.00/hour (1 hour minimum, thereafter billed in 15 minute increments)

• Portland-Metro, no travel charge

• Vancouver-Metro, $35 travel charge

Business On-Site rate: $80/hour (1 hour minimum, thereafter billed in 15 minute increments)

• Portland Metro, no travel charge

• Vancouver Metro, $35 travel charge

Annual & Monthly Contract Rates:

• Never a travel charge for customers on annual and monthly maintenance agreements.
