Data Recovery - Recover Lost or Deleted Files (in-shop) - click here for Data Recovery price

  • We will recover all files, e.g. files that have been deleted, as long as they are still on the disk. The longer you have used the disk since the file was lost/deleted, the higher the chance the system has since written over the deleted files (therefore they are no longer recoverable). Hint: stop using your system immediately and get the system to us.

  • We will restore the files to your original disk if it has enough hard space to hold the files we recover, or we can put them on a CD/DVD for a small additional fee.

  • We can only recover data from disks that are still functioning; if your disk is completely dead, we would be happy to put you in touch with our partners who specialize in recovering data from disk crashes, fire damage, and other catastrophes.

Why you don't want on-site computer service

When you're paying us, you expect us to be working not sitting around reading a book. When we are at your site, we should be 100% consumed, diligently working for you. So what's the problem?

The best example of the problem with working at your site is reinstalling windows on your system. To load Windows takes about 1 hour. During that hour we only need to spend 15 minutes giving guidance to the Windows loading process ... but we have to bill you for the entire hour we are sitting there. Next we have to download and install all of the Windows updates, and the drivers for your hardware. All of this can take 2-3 hours, during which time we only need to spend 30 minutes guiding the downloads. The end result is we have to charge you for 4 hours of sitting on-site, when we actually only spent 45 minutes working. The best solution is for us to do this work in our shop, where we only bill you for the time we spend working on your system. While your system is downloading and crunching on software, we are off working on someone else's system ... and not charging you. Paying someone to work on your PC on-site is like paying an auto-mechanic, by the hour, to sit in your car and read a book while he is waiting for the parts to be delivered.

To save you money, the only work that really makes sense to do at your site is the tasks of integrating your computer into your network, for instance connecting it to the Internet, setting up your wireless, configuring your printers, and setting up file sharing between your computers.

So help us save you money! Let us pick up your system and work on it in our shop, where you will only be charged in 15 minute increments.
